By accessing or using Hip Hop Grammar (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18 or do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service offers personal curated collections of publicly available track metadata (titles, artists, release dates, durations) organized and sequenced by the curator (“illegible ink”). These are private editorial opinions and personal listening collections only.
Free section (“History”) – sample curated metadata lists provided at no charge.
Paid section (“Crates”) – additional private curated metadata lists unlocked by one-time payment.
No audio files, lyrics, or streaming are provided or licensed. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist, record label, distributor, or rights holder.
The selection, arrangement, grouping, naming, and editorial organization of the tracklists are original works of the curator and are protected. Underlying song titles, artist names, and factual release information remain the property of their respective rights holders. No claim is made to any musical composition, sound recording, or related rights.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to view the unlocked metadata lists for your own private use. You may not scrape, bulk-download, redistribute, or commercially exploit the lists.
AI and automated processing: You may not use any content from the Service—including tracklists, metadata, structure, or organization—to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated system, without prior written consent from illegible ink. Automated access (bots, scrapers, crawlers) is prohibited except for public search-engine indexing of non-authenticated pages as allowed by applicable law.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. All purchases of access to curated metadata lists are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. Prices are shown at the point of purchase.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any list is complete, accurate, or error-free, nor that the Service will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, illegible ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or the metadata lists.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States, except where prohibited by local consumer protection rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
